Miami Clean Squad

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Miami Clean Squad website, miamicleansquad.com (the "Site"), or booking any cleaning services ("Services") from Miami Clean Squad ("Miami Clean Squad," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Site, requesting a quote, or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Site or Services.
1. Our Services
Miami Clean Squad provides exterior cleaning services — including window cleaning, roof soft washing, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and related services — to residential and commercial customers in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Davie, Hollywood, and surrounding South Florida areas.
The specific scope of work for your job is defined in the quote or booking confirmation you receive from us. Services not described in your quote are not included unless agreed to in writing.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, our assessment of the property. Quotes are valid for the period stated, or 30 days if no period is stated. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the actual conditions of the property differ materially from what was described (for example, additional square footage, unusually heavy soiling, difficult access, or hazards not disclosed at the time of the quote). We will notify you of any change before performing the additional work.
3. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

Access: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including gate access, water spigot access where needed, and removal or securing of pets and obstacles. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a trip or rescheduling fee may apply.

Arrival windows: We schedule appointments within an arrival window and will make reasonable efforts to communicate our estimated arrival, including by text message where you have opted in.

Cancellations and rescheduling: We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you.

Weather: Because we perform outdoor work, we may reschedule appointments due to weather or unsafe conditions at our discretion, at no penalty to you.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require a deposit to secure certain bookings. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of booking. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor; by paying, you agree to that processor's terms. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to a reasonable late fee and any costs of collection permitted by law.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a Service, contact us within the timeframe stated in your booking (and in any event promptly after the Service), and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the workmanship of the Services performed and does not cover new soiling, weather effects, or conditions arising after our work was completed.
6. Text Message (SMS) Communications
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, Miami Clean Squad may send you SMS messages related to appointment scheduling and confirmations, service updates, review requests, and promotional offers.

Consent: We send marketing or promotional texts only to customers who have opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. After you opt out, we may send a single confirmation message.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Property Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Exterior surfaces, windows, screens, seals, roofing materials, gutters, and solar panels can have pre-existing wear, damage, or defects that are not always visible before cleaning. We use methods intended to be safe for the surfaces we service, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage resulting from defects, deterioration, improper prior installation, or fragile or aged materials. If we identify a condition that makes cleaning unsafe or likely to cause damage, we may decline to perform that portion of the work.
8. Photographs
In the course of providing Services, we may take before-and-after photographs of the exterior areas we clean. We may use these images for quality assurance, training, and — with your consent where required — marketing. If you do not want photos of your property used for marketing, you may opt out by contacting us.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate information about your property and the work requested; secure pets, vehicles, and valuables; close windows and doors before exterior window cleaning; disclose any known hazards or fragile features; and ensure the work area is reasonably clear. We are not responsible for damage or loss arising from your failure to do so.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miami Clean Squad and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miami Clean Squad and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Miami Clean Squad and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
14. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. These Terms do not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party sites you visit.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County or Miami-Dade County, Florida.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
