Roof Soft Wash
Black streaks gone, tiles untouched — low pressure only
Service Description
Those black streaks on your roof are not dirt. They're gloeocapsa magma, a bacteria that feeds on the limestone in tile and shingle and spreads every rainy season. Pressure washing knocks the top layer off and cracks tiles doing it. Soft washing kills it at the root. What's included - Low-pressure application of a roof-safe cleaning solution - Full rinse of tile, shingle or metal - Landscaping pre-soaked and rinsed so plants aren't burned - Gutters flushed of the debris we loosen - Before and after photos, because you can't see your own roof yourself How we work No high pressure ever touches your roof. We work from ladders and walk boards where the pitch allows, and from the ground with extended equipment where it doesn't. Most roofs take half a day and look different the same afternoon. What it costs $0.60 per square foot of roof area, with a $550 minimum. We measure from aerial imagery, so most quotes don't need a site visit — send your address and we'll send a number back the same day. Often booked with - House soft wash — the walls catch the runoff streaks coming off the roof - Gutter cleaning — the shingle grit we rinse loose ends up in the gutters - Driveway pressure washing — the whole exterior matches when it's done together Text your address to 754-226-0066 for a roof number the same day.
