Service Description

Everything outside in South Florida grows something. Mildew on the north wall, algae on the pool deck, black stripes down the driveway where the car parks. We clean it off with the right pressure for each surface — which is not the same pressure for all of them. What we clean - Driveways, walkways and sidewalks - Pavers, patios and pool decks - House walls, stucco and siding (soft wash, never high pressure) - Fences, garage doors and entryways - Screen enclosures and pool cages High pressure vs soft wash Concrete and pavers can take real pressure, so that's what we use. Painted stucco, siding and roofs cannot — high pressure strips paint, forces water behind the wall and cracks tile. Those surfaces get a soft wash: low pressure plus a solution that kills the mildew at the root so it stays gone two to three times longer. What it costs - House soft wash: $0.35 per square foot, $350 minimum - Driveways and walkways: $0.25 per square foot, $150 minimum We measure most properties from aerial imagery, so you usually get a number without anyone coming out. Quotes are free. Often booked with - Window cleaning — the glass looks worse once the walls are clean, so most people do both - Roof soft wash — the streaks on the walls come from the roof in the first place - Paver sealing — sealing right after a clean is what keeps it looking new Text your address to 754-226-0066 and we'll send a number the same day.
