How the plan works - We set your rotation once: windows, house wash, driveway, gutters, roof, spread across the year - We call or text you the week before each visit, you confirm, we show up - Members get priority scheduling, including after a storm - No contract to break — pause or cancel any time A typical year Winter: window cleaning inside and out. Spring: driveway and walkways, gutters cleared before the rains. Summer: house soft wash. Fall: gutters again and a roof check. We shuffle it to fit your property. Why it costs less Routing a repeat customer is cheaper for us than winning a new one, and a house on a schedule never needs the heavy first-time treatment. That saving goes into the member rate. What it costs Quoted as a flat per-visit rate once we know your property and which services you want in the rotation. Most plans land well under what the same jobs cost booked separately.
